IV Nutrition Infusion Therapy
Alma Wellness offers mobile IV nutrition infusion therapies provided by a Nurse Practitioner in the comfort of your home or chosen setting. Available infusions include Myers’ Cocktail, glutathione, NAD⁺, and migraine-specific infusion therapies, following a medical assessment to ensure safety and appropriateness.
IM Injections
Alma Wellness offers mobile intramuscular (IM) injection services delivered by a Nurse Practitioner in your home or preferred setting. Available injections include vitamin B12, MIC + B12, NAD⁺, glutathione, and vitamin D3, provided after a clinical assessment to ensure safety and suitability.
Medical Botox
Alma Wellness offers medical Botox treatments provided by a Nurse Practitioner for conditions such as chronic migraines, excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis), and TMJ-related symptoms. Treatment is offered following a comprehensive medical assessment to ensure appropriateness, safety, and individualized care planning.
